BDHA Spring Hockey Programs - Keep the Game Going!

**Note: All players ages 8 and up enrolling in a BDHA Spring Program have access to off-ice sports strength and conditioning programing offered through Sports AdvantEdge at a special rate of 20 sessions for $250.   • Hockey 1 & 2: 7-week, FREE! introductory/beginner learn to skate and learn play hockey program. See website: https://www.beaverdamhockey.com/intro
  • Hockey 3 & 4 ($35):  7-week intermediate-level skating and hockey skills development. Appropriate for 6U-10 levels. 
  • Girls Developmental 1 & Girls Developmental 2:  FREE! Beginner to intermediate-level, 7-week program for girls, ages 3 and up, who have no, or very little, prior skating experience and wish to try hockey - or get prepared for team play. The program will also help skaters with experience advance skills and become more confident players. FREE! See website: https://www.beaverdamhockey.com/girlsintro
  • Girls Jr. Flames 10U/12U ($350):  Spring development team for girls, include 16 hours of on ice skating featuring 8 team practices and 8 skills sessions; plus a tournament. ($350  includes jersey). For more information see FAQs belowContact: Chris Mueller ay chrismueller79@att.net.  
  • Girls Jr. Flames 14U ($150):  This is a practice-intensive, developmental team that includes 10 hours of on ice skating. Contact Chris Mueller for more information: chrismueller79@att.net.  
  • Small Area Games 8U-14U ($75): Small area games not only force players into tight competitive quarters, they also encourage players to battle hard for the puck while at the same time having a great deal of fun.  The games are designed to provide an environment to help players in their ability to make quick decisions. Small area games simulate game shifts and provide an excellent form of conditioning in practice and provide drills  that emulate game situations. Using small areas and short shifts, players are challenged to read and react quickly under pressure and by doing so they learn to think and see the ice better.   • Hound Dogs Team Play (Birth years 2007-2012): Tryouts will be held the week of March 23. Teams will attend 3 tournaments over the course of the spring/summer. Fee of $25 for tryouts and $575 for the spring team (fee includes a practice jersey). Team fee to be paid after tryouts. Contact Gary Pashley for more information: letsplayhockey2@gmail.com
  • Dodge County Stars 16U & 18U:  For high school eligible players, DC Stars will offer a strong skills-enhancing season with 2 practices per week and attendance at 3 tournaments. Warm-ups will be on March 5th and tryouts on March 11th; seasonal practices to start March 16th.  Fee of $25 for tryouts and $575 for the spring team (team fee includes practice jersey). Register for tryouts by March 1st.
