Hockey Golf Outing
On Saturday, August 22, 2026 the Beaver Dam Hockey Association will be holding the 3rd Annual BDHA Golf Outing at Beaver Dam Country Club. Our organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is home to the Beaver Dam Hockey Association and numerous learn-to-skate programs.
With your help, we will be able to raise funds to purchase on and off ice training aids, equipment, tournament funds and storage for equipment. All funds raised will benefit the youth and activities within the Beaver Dam Hockey Association.

Levels of Sponsorship
- Titanium Level $1500 (includes foursome of golf & event banner recognition with company logo)
- Platinum Level $1000 (includes foursome of golf & hole sponsorship 32x24 signage with company logo)
- Gold Level $500 (includes 32x18 hole sponsorship signage with company logo)
- Silver Level $250 (includes 24 x18 sponsorship signage at hole)
- Bronze Level $100 (includes 16.x16 sign recognition)
